Thanks RPU-190. I wasn't sure the device would work, but in the past 6 months I have saved 50% of what I paid in 2007 even though the electric company raised their rate 9%. WIth the price of oil going up, my neighbor paid $1317 this winter to heat his home. We paid a 1/3 of that and had the house at 73 all winter.
